Frequently Asked Questions
- What are your boards made from? Each board is handcrafted from sustainably sourced Texas mesquite, known for its rich grain and natural durability. I pair it with custom resin pours, creating unique designs inspired by Texas landscapes and towns.
-
Are the boards food safe? Yes. All boards are finished with a food-safe oil that enhances the wood’s grain while offering protection for serving dry goods like cheeses, meats, fruit, and bread.
- Can I use it as a cutting board? These are primarily serving boards — designed to be both functional and beautiful. If you choose to cut directly on them, I recommend avoiding the resin areas to preserve the look and integrity of the board.
-
Do you offer personalization and engraving? Yes! You can add a custom engraved name, date, or short message to most boards. Just select the personalization option when ordering and I’ll follow up to confirm the details.
- Where do you ship? I currently ship within the U.S. only. Local delivery or pickup may be available in the San Antonio area — just reach out before placing your order.
-
Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because each board is handmade and often customized, I do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact me right away and I’ll make it right.
- How do I care for my board? Each board comes with a care instruction card but you can also find our recommended care instructions on our website on the Care Instructions page.
- Can your boards be made for corporate gifts? Yes! To discuss corporate gifts please fill out the form on the Contact page and I will reach back out to you for some additional details about your potential order.
