Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What are your boards made from? Each board is handcrafted from sustainably sourced Texas mesquite, known for its rich grain and natural durability.  I pair it with custom resin pours, creating unique designs inspired by Texas landscapes and towns.
  2. Are the boards food safe? Yes. All boards are finished with a food-safe oil that enhances the wood’s grain while offering protection for serving dry goods like cheeses, meats, fruit, and bread.
  3. Can I use it as a cutting board? These are primarily serving boards — designed to be both functional and beautiful. If you choose to cut directly on them, I recommend avoiding the resin areas to preserve the look and integrity of the board.
  4. Do you offer personalization and engraving? Yes! You can add a custom engraved name, date, or short message to most boards. Just select the personalization option when ordering and I’ll follow up to confirm the details.
  5. Where do you ship? I currently ship within the U.S. only. Local delivery or pickup may be available in the San Antonio area — just reach out before placing your order.
  6. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Because each board is handmade and often customized, I do not accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact me right away and I’ll make it right.
  7. How do I care for my board? Each board comes with a care instruction card but you can also find our recommended care instructions on our website on the Care Instructions page.
  8. Can your boards be made for corporate gifts? Yes! To discuss corporate gifts please fill out the form on the Contact page and I will reach back out to you for some additional details about your potential order.
